黑芝麻月饼-能看到芝麻粒

  • 黄油30克

  • 枧水2克
  • 糖浆140克

Steps to make 黑芝麻月饼-能看到芝麻粒

  • 1.熟黑芝麻160克放入搅拌机搅碎再和没搅的放一起(这样能吃到芝麻粒,我个人比较喜欢)
  • 2.黑芝麻倒入黄油和糖混合均匀
  • 3.放入过筛的粉类搅拌均匀;(杂豆粉不有筛)
  • 4.拌好的馅裹保鲜膜放一会。
  • 5.转化糖浆、枧水 、油混合后(放一小会
  • 6.筛入低粉混合
  • 7.盖上保鲜膜醒一小时。
  • 8.面团按模子大小分份(我的是50克的),馅也分好。馅和皮的比例一般是3:7或是4:6也可以。
  • 9.取一块面皮包上黑芝麻馅,依次都包好,用模具压形
  • 10.烤箱预热。中层烤10分钟后。拿出来刷一层蛋液。再继续烤25分钟(中间拿出换个方向)
