Steps to make 妈妈红烧肉

  • 1.各种调料,葱姜蒜切好,备用
  • 2.五花肉切小块
  • 3.热锅冷油,下冰糖适量,冰糖起沫子了加入肉,翻炒上色,加入葱姜蒜,调料翻炒香,加入料酒,翻炒至肉完全上色,油炒出来。倒出多余的油锅中留少量的油即可。
  • 4.加入老抽和冰糖,翻炒几下
  • 5.加温水半锅,大火烧开去血沫小火慢炖,中间加两次醋,一个半小时左右
  • 6.将里面所有的配料调料捞出,水快干了,大火收干
  • 7.加入青椒和青蒜翻炒
  • 8.好吃不腻的红烧肉就出锅了
