坤博砂锅——叉烧肉

Steps to make 坤博砂锅——叉烧肉

  • 1.猪肉切成大小相等的粗条三块。
  • 2.将蒜压成泥,其他配料一起加入肉中,混合均匀,冰箱冷藏腌制一晚上。
  • 3.锅中一个蒸架铺上锡纸,将肉放在上面。小火加热40-50分钟。期间记得要反面。
  • 4.叉烧肉
