  • 1.准备的材料。
  • 2.青菜洗净,五花肉洗净切片,年糕洗净切条。
  • 3.年糕放入热水锅中焯6分钟左右捞出过冷水。
  • 4.热锅热油,加盐倒入青菜煸炒至出水,炒至水干后盛出。
  • 5.锅中倒少许油,爆香葱姜、干辣椒、大料。
  • 6.下入五花肉煸炒。
  • 7.倒入料酒、老抽、辣酱、白糖和水,大火烧开转小火烧20分钟左右。
  • 8.放入青菜烤至青菜变成酱色。
  • 9.下入年糕烧至汁水收干。
  • 10.出锅装盘即可。
