让你一次吃到四种口味的奶黄馅桃山月饼
#小小美食日记#最近几年超级流行的月饼,做法出乎意料的简单。而且颜值超高纹路特别清晰。我用奶黄馅打底做了四种不同的馅料。已经减糖了但是还是略甜,我写出来有需要的可以自己再适当减一点糖,但是减太多的话可能保存期限会太短,加了蓝莓干的奶黄馅用酸的蓝莓中和了会好很多,吃起来奶香味十足,配上一杯茶就非常不错了。原方是月满西楼的方子里有吉士粉我全部去掉了。改动有点稍大,喜欢原方的可以去原博主那看。
这个量大概能做14-15个50g的月饼
奶黄材料:黄油90g 淡奶油90g 椰浆90g 白砂糖30g 奶粉40g 玉米淀粉85g 炼乳30g 椰蓉12g 杏仁12g 蓝莓干12g
桃山皮:牛奶桃山皮300g 可可粉3-4g 草莓粉4g 抹茶粉4g 南瓜粉4g 紫薯粉4g

  • 黄油90g
  • 淡奶油90g
  • 椰浆90g
  • 白砂糖30g
  • 奶粉40g
  • 玉米淀粉85g
  • 炼乳30g
  • 椰蓉12g
  • 美国杏仁片12g
  • 蓝莓干12g
  • 牛奶桃山皮300g
  • 各种蔬果粉各4g

Steps to make 让你一次吃到四种口味的奶黄馅桃山月饼

  • 1.淡奶油90g 椰浆90g 白砂糖30g 奶粉40g 玉米淀粉85g 炼乳30g混合均匀备用
  • 2.加入黄油
  • 3.拌好的奶黄糊蒸30分钟,期间搅拌3-4次,直至完全熟透即可
  • 4.将奶黄馅大致分成四份
  • 5. 三份分别放入椰蓉、杏仁、蓝莓干混合均匀
  • 6.将桃山皮大致分成6份,一份原味,另外五份分别加入可可粉、草莓粉、抹茶粉、紫薯粉、南瓜粉混合均匀备用
  • 7.将各种颜色按自己的喜好混合成大理石纹路的,也可以做纯色的,每个20g分好备用
  • 8.将奶黄馅每个30g分好包入桃山皮内用虎口收口
  • 9.将包好的月饼搓成椭圆形
  • 10. 将最好看的一面放入月饼模具的花纹处 用一点力气压出来
  • 11.烤箱预热175度
  • 12.中层烤15分钟即可
