牛腩炖萝卜
中秋过后、天气渐渐转凉,冬天的脚步越来越近,厨房里也飘来一阵冬天的味道。炖上一锅牛腩萝卜、芳香四溢、一口咬下去、酥烂醇香的牛腩与鲜嫩清甜的萝卜完美结合在一起,复合香味布满整个口腔,顿时整个身体感觉到温暖,家的味道在此刻体会更深刻,此时、只想要一碗米饭或一碗面条。拌着一碗牛腩炖萝卜,大呼满足~~

  • 八角2个
  • 香叶5片
  • 1块
  • 蒜瓣3个
  • 柱候酱3汤匙
  • 面豉酱3汤匙
  • 白糖2汤匙
  • 鸡粉少许

Steps to make 牛腩炖萝卜

  • 1.主要食材:牛腩、萝卜、生姜。
  • 2.牛腩切成大小相等的块状、用清水浸泡片刻、反复清洗两次后捞起沥干水。
  • 3. 萝卜去皮洗净、切成比牛腩大些许的块状,姜块去皮拍扁。
  • 4.萝卜、牛腩、姜块一同丢进电压力锅内。
  • 5.加上3-5碗的水量。
  • 6. 香叶、八角清洗干净。
  • 7.一起丢进电压力锅内。
  • 8. 遮上锅盖、通电,选择“炖”、“焖”键,过程23分钟。炖好后别急着开盖、焖30分钟左右效果最好,有时间的可以提早炖焖。
  • 9.准备配料:柱候酱、面豉酱。
  • 10.蒜瓣去皮拍碎。
  • 11.取一个炒锅加热,放适量油、倒下蒜蓉爆香。
  • 12.加上面豉酱、柱候酱、白糖翻炒出香味。
  • 13.捞起炖好的牛腩、萝卜,放进炒锅内。(电压力锅里还有汤汁、留起拌河粉或面条非常美味。)
  • 14. 加上盐、鸡粉调味,翻炒均匀。
  • 15.铲起、即可开动~~
  • 16.汤汁捞面、捞饭都不错。
