肉松挤挤餐包
听说最近挤挤面包很火爆的说,忍不住也自己做了一下~虽然样子不是很好~毕竟第一次做嘛~不过真的超好吃耶~重点是很!简!单!不过造型方面一定要注意哦~

Details of ingredients

  • 高筋面粉250g
  • 低筋面粉250g
  • 牛奶250ml
  • 鸡蛋1个(留一些作蛋液刷面)
  • 酵母3g
  • 黄油30g
  • 40g
  • 肉松150g
  • 3g

Steps to make 肉松挤挤餐包

  • 1.材料准备好
  • 2.按照先液体后固体的顺序把材料放进面包机走一个生面团程序(黄油15分钟左右才加进去,肉松不要先放哦!)
  • 3.发酵好后,长这样~用手戳洞,如果不回缩,就证明发酵完成了哦!
  • 4.将面团拿出来排气,之后分成16份,滚圆
  • 5.为了省时间,我放进去烤箱松弛了20分钟(温度调至35度)
  • 6.取一个面团,用擀面杖擀成圆片状,放入适量肉松馅收口成圆形
  • 7.然后把16个包好肉松的面团放在方形的烤盘中,又偷了下懒,放进去烤箱发酵了(今次调到40度)
  • 8.发酵好后,面团都是挤在一起的啦~在表面涂上一层薄薄的蛋液~~
  • 9.放入烤箱170度,上下火,25分钟,就可以开吃咯!
