Steps to make 桂花糯米糕

  • 1.准备食材:糖桂花、糯米粉、大枣、白糖
  • 2.大枣洗净提前用清水浸泡一下
  • 3.把白糖倒入糯米粉中
  • 4.用温水和成面团,以不沾手为宜
  • 5.活好的面团均分成大小一样的面剂
  • 6.泡好的大枣,如图切开不要切断,取出枣核
  • 7.为了成品好看些,把去核的大枣切去两边
  • 8.把处理好的大枣和糯米团捏在一起,入蒸锅,从上汽计算蒸20分钟
  • 9.蒸好的糯米糕淋上桂花酱,略加装饰即可上桌
