    • 1.中午的剩米饭,用大米和小米一起蒸的。

    • 5.揉成团醒至三十分钟,多揉几遍。
    • 6.醒好后取一块擀开。
    • 7.擀薄切方形,用叉子扎孔。
    • 8.依次扎好备用。
    • 9.锅中入油七成热放入。
    • 10.小火炸至金黄色捞出。
    • 11.放在厨房纸上控油。
    • 12.花椒粉,盐和细辣椒粉拌匀。
    • 13.均匀撒入锅巴上。
    • 14.香酥可口的锅巴就做好了。
