    Steps to make 茶树菇扣肉

    • 1.准备五花肉,切块。锅里放冷水,把肉放下去煮开,水开后煮5分钟左右,起锅
    • 2.锅里放大量的水,把切块的五花肉放下去炸,炸至皮起泡,然后翻面炸一会即可。
    • 3.放凉后切块
    • 4.锅里留适量的油,把刚切块的肉煎至两面微黄。茶树菇用温水泡发
    • 5.茶树菇跟跟五花肉翻炒后放入适量的盐,煮开后放高压锅里压,5分钟左右。
    • 6.压好后即可装盘食用。先用圆碗摆好扣肉,顶部放入茶树菇,吃的时候倒扣过盘子上就有这样的效果啦
