Steps to make 手撕包菜

  • 1.包菜随意撕成块,反复清洗,沥干水分备用。
  • 2.腊肉丁备好(没有的话用一点五花肉丁也可以)。
  • 3.先把肉丁放入锅里,小火煸炒。
  • 4.保持小火,炒到肉丁出油。
  • 5.推到锅边去。
  • 6.加入少许油,烧热,放入一勺自制的辣椒蒜泥,炒香。
  • 7.放入包菜,这时改大火。
  • 8.翻炒均匀。
  • 9.调入少许盐和鸡精,再次翻炒均匀出锅。
  • 10.脆爽微辣的手撕包菜。
