Steps to make 榛蘑炖鸡

  • 1.调配料    油、盐、红酒、糖、花椒和大料、姜粉、葱和蒜、生抽。鸡腿肉、榛蘑、胡萝卜、粉丝。
  • 2.榛蘑需要晚上泡发。鸡肉化冻。胡萝卜切块、葱、蒜切碎备用。
  • 3.用热水把鸡肉煮一下、然后控水。
  • 4.把鸡腿肉下入油锅煎制、放点葱花。
  • 5.再加调料红酒一勺、白糖少许。翻炒、再加花椒粒少许、生抽一勺翻炒。
  • 6.在锅内加入半锅水再加入榛蘑炖15分钟、里面加一个八角、炖一会加入胡萝卜块。快熟的时候加粉丝。
  • 7.在汤锅内加入姜粉。
  • 8.都炖熟了以后加一勺盐、撒一点蒜末即可食用。
