苦瓜酿
最近好象天天都在吃肉肉啊,喝豆浆的时候尽可能不吃鸡蛋,那就要想办法吃肉!米妈早餐的食材比较单一,最近也正在改变这一习惯,呵呵。

大都是应季蔬菜加上鸡蛋或者加上肉做出既能当菜又能当饭的早餐,也比较省事儿。

Steps to make 苦瓜酿

  • 1.原料图。
  • 2.葱姜切碎加水制成葱姜水。
  • 3.鲜肉肥瘦分开,瘦肉斩成泥,肥肉斩成细丁。
  • 4.肥瘦混合物拌均匀。
  • 5.加放葱姜水。
  • 6.加生抽
  • 7.加盐。
  • 8.加胡椒粉,搅拌至水分全被肉吸收。
  • 9.视肉馅的情况再加放适量淀粉。
  • 10.一个方向拌上劲儿。
  • 11.苦瓜洗净切断,用勺柄去掉瓤子。
  • 12.逐个酿上肉馅,放入盘子中,我用的是跟锅配套的钢杯,刚好一个杯子一个。
  • 13.水开后放上笼格。
  • 14.中火蒸十二分钟。
  • 15.开锅取出
  • 16.挤上蕃茄酱上桌即可。
