Steps to make 凉拌莴笋

  • 1.准备食材:莴笋,蒜米,小米椒。
  • 2.将莴笋去皮后切成10厘米一段,切成长方体,蒜米、辣椒切段。
  • 3.将莴笋切成片。
  • 4.在中间切开一刀,两头不要切断留1厘米左右。
  • 5.用盐腌制15分钟。
  • 6.用纯净水洗去盐分后沥干水份,然后将莴笋片制作成麻花状(将莴笋片一端穿过划开的缝隙,然后一拉,莴笋结就成了)。
  • 7.翻好的莴笋结装盘备用。
  • 8.调酱汁:碗里放蒜米,辣椒,白芝麻(这个也可以不放),用热油淋后,放糖,生抽,白醋,蚝油,麻油,搅拌均匀。
  • 9.将酱汁浇到莴笋上。
  • 10.简单又爽口的莴笋结。
