Steps to make 广式蛋黄月饼

  • 1.将转化糖浆,玉米油,枧水混合均匀后筛入月饼粉翻拌均匀包上保鲜膜静置1小时。
  • 2.咸蛋黄喷上白酒150度烤大约6分钟。
  • 3.紫薯馅分成大约18g一份,共26份。
  • 4.包入一个咸蛋黄,蛋黄大约17g一个。
  • 5.将静置好的月饼皮分成26份,大约15g一份。将馅料包入月饼皮中。
  • 6.依次包好盖上保鲜膜。
  • 7.将月饼滚上熟面粉放入50g月饼模具轻轻压出花样。
  • 8.烤箱预热180度,放入月饼烤5分钟定型取出刷上全蛋液。
  • 9.月饼放入烤箱中层180度烤15分钟即可。
