芝麻薄饼
今天用黑芝麻来做一款薄薄的小饼,脆脆的,香香的,可以说是最简单的小饼干了,它是零食也可以充饥呢。这次做的黑芝麻薄饼比较大,烤的时候中间部分稍微有些不够脆,周围金黄焦香,脆脆的,如果再烤得久一些周边就容易糊了,所以做的时候建议小一些,大约瓶盖大小比较不错,这样做好后整个都脆脆的,吃起来会更香。

  • 玉米油10克
  • 糖粉24克
  • 低筋面粉55克
  • 黑芝麻1把

Steps to make 芝麻薄饼

  • 1.蛋白加入糖粉用手动搅拌器搅拌均匀,不需要打发。
  • 2.加入玉米油继续搅拌,至均匀。
  • 3.筛入低筋面粉,再翻拌均匀,低筋面粉过筛可以使其翻拌得更均匀,而且做出来的薄饼更细腻。
  • 4.再加入一把黑芝麻搅拌均匀。
  • 5..接下来将面糊弄成薄薄的饼摊在不粘烤盘上,下面最好是铺一张油纸,这样方便烤好这后取下来。
  • 6.烤箱预热,180度,中层烤12分钟左右,观察其周围变成金黄色就可以出炉。
