  • 1.猪蹄洗净焯水,控干水分备用。
  • 2.锅里放油,冰糖放进去,小火到融化后搅拌一下就别动了。
  • 3.熬到冒泡泡。再搅拌一下。
  • 4.倒入猪蹄,翻炒均匀,喜欢颜色深一点的,可以中火多炒一会,越炒颜色越重。
  • 5.放入香料,炒出香味。
  • 6.先放料酒,沿着锅圈浇下去。
  • 7.再下生抽。
  • 8.再下老抽。
  • 9.转电压力锅。
  • 10.倒入热水炖40分钟加盐,再炖20分钟至软烂。
  • 11.炖好的猪蹄。
  • 12.转到炒锅里收汁。
  • 13.加鸡精即可。
