早餐堅果小麵包(免出膜)

  • 高筋粉250g
  • 雞蛋1个
  • 堅果提子乾紅莓乾1大把
  • 雞黃1个
  • 牛奶150ml
  • 20g
  • 酵母粉3g
  • 植物油15g

Steps to make 早餐堅果小麵包(免出膜)

  • 1.材料準備好。
  • 2.先把雞蛋糖油酵母加入溫牛奶中攪拌均勻。
  • 3.加入高粉。
  • 4.揉成濕潤麵團。
  • 5.表面帶濕潤即可蓋上保鮮膜進行發酵至1.5倍大。
  • 6.發酵完成。
  • 7.準備一大把堅果提子乾紅莓乾。
  • 8.發酵完成拿出來加點高粉防沾揉揉排氣。
  • 9.再切成8等份。
  • 10.每一份再分出小團揉成小圓球放烤盆上(如圖)預熱烤箱200度5分鐘。
  • 11.抹上蛋黃液再灑上堅果和提子紅莓再加上芝麻,放入烤箱下層180度烤20分鐘(上色即可)。
