    Steps to make 萝卜丝饼

    • 1.准备好所需食材
    • 2.白萝卜去皮刨成丝,加盐拌匀,腌渍30 分钟。
    • 3.葱白切成细粒;火腿切细粒;鸡蛋打散。
    • 4.用面粉、食用油、温水拌和揉透制成油面。
    • 5.腌制的萝卜丝放在纱布里挤去水分,加食用油调匀。
    • 6.萝卜丝放在盆里加入火腿末、葱白、白糖、盐拌匀。
    • 7.将油面搓圆切成均匀的剂子。
    • 8.将剂子擀成中间厚边缘薄的圆皮。
    • 9.放入馅心,包拢捏紧。
    • 10.包好的生坯按成圆饼。
    • 11.锅置火上刷少许油,饼坯上涂鸡蛋液,撒上芝麻。
    • 12.将饼坯中火煎制10分钟。
    • 13.两面煎制金黄即可。
