迷迭香佛卡夏
佛卡夏是一款原产意大利的面点,上面通常会撒上香草、小番茄或者其它食材,随自己喜欢。

Steps to make 迷迭香佛卡夏

  • 1.将面团中的所有食材按照先液体后固体的顺序放进面包机桶内,酵母放面粉中间,盐、糖对角放,选择和面功能;
  • 2.程序结束后取出面团,揉圆放进碗里,表面抹一层橄榄油(配方外);
  • 3.放进烤箱,选择发酵功能发酵1小时;
  • 4.将小番茄、新鲜迷迭香洗干净,跟意大利香草、橄榄油、适量盐混合均匀浸泡备用;
  • 5.面团发酵到两倍大后取出,排气;
  • 6.烤盘刷一层橄榄油(配方外);
  • 7.排气排好的面团放入模具中,用手戳一些凹点,刷一层橄榄油,这里的橄榄油我直接用的浸泡小番茄碗里的;
  • 8.小番茄和迷迭香按压在面团上,撒上适量盐和黑胡椒粉;
  • 9.放进预热好的烤箱内,中层,上下火,200度,烤20分钟;
  • 10.成品。
