Steps to make 黄豆猪脚汤

  • 1.头天晚上把黄豆洗净泡水。
  • 2.提前把香料备好。
  • 3.猪脚洗净冷水下锅,水开后煮五分钟。
  • 4.捞出冲洗干净血沫。
  • 5.把猪脚放入砂锅内,添适量清水,放入香料和料酒,大火煮开十五分钟。
  • 6.十五分钟过后转小火继续煮四十分钟。
  • 7.四十分钟后放入泡发好的黄豆,继续煮一小时。
  • 8.煮到黄豆熟透,放入适量盐调味即可。
  • 9.成品图。
