Steps to make 鸡蛋水饼

  • 1.用这种铁勺舀一勺面粉。
  • 2.同样的铁勺舀四勺水。
  • 3.搅成糊状后加入一勺盐。
  • 4.一勺复合调料。
  • 5.加入三颗鸡蛋和一大碗小葱(或韭菜或香菜),按照喜好加。
  • 6.搅拌均匀后,热锅刷一点油,用同样的铁勺舀一勺,放入锅中。
  • 7.一勺刚好,摊成一张薄薄的饼,不多不少(我这个没摊好)。这个配比大概可以摊5~7张饼。
  • 8.摊好之后放入盘中就可以吃了。我这个摊的比较焦,按照喜好可以选择嫩一点或焦一点都可以。
