  • 1.小平子鱼六条。
  • 2.去内脏去腮,洗净控水。
  • 3.表面撒上少许干面粉,抖落干净。
  • 4.葱姜蒜备用。
  • 5.锅内放油烧至五成热放入花椒粒炸出香味儿。
  • 6.放入平子鱼中火煎制。
  • 7.两面金黄色盛出备用。
  • 8.锅内留底油,放入八角葱姜蒜爆香。
  • 9.放入煎好的平子鱼。
  • 10.烹入香醋。
  • 11.料酒去腥。
  • 12.倒入适量酱油,加少许甜面酱,白糖一小勺,盐适量,尖辣椒也放进去。
  • 13.倒入适量清水烧开,大火烧十五分钟。
