爆浆香肠吐司卷
为了让孩子早餐能多吃点,我把吐司卷包成了糖果形状,一端上桌面就吸引住了孩子的目光,咬一口,芝士爆浆,还有黑椒味的肉肠塞满嘴,口感丰富味道极美。娃给他爸尝了一口,他爸就要求我再做一根,哈哈,只好把准备留给自己的那根给他了。家人吃的开心是对一个厨娘最大的安慰。

  • 1.准备好食材;
  • 2.香肠去掉包装袋放入空气炸锅炸篮里200度烤8-10分钟;
  • 3.鸡蛋吐司四边切掉;
  • 4.用擀面杖尽量擀开擀薄;
  • 5.放上一片芝士片;
  • 6.放上烤熟的香肠;
  • 7.卷好;
  • 8.取一张适量大小的油纸铺在桌上;
  • 9.将香肠吐司卷放在油纸边沿;
  • 10.卷好;
  • 11.两头反方向捏紧,用刀斜切开即可;
  • 12.成品,热乎乎香喷喷。
