蓝莓之恋珍珠汤圆
这一道汤圆没有加馅,使用了蓝莓果酱和红枣、桂圆,食材基本上选择是纯天然的,汤汁没有加糖,淡淡的红枣味道,喝起来十分温暖。

Steps to make 蓝莓之恋珍珠汤圆

  • 1.丘比蓝莓果酱6小勺,盛放到一个容器里。
  • 2.加入20克温水,将果酱化开,也可以用小勺按压。
  • 3.然后加入75克糯米粉。
  • 4.和成光滑的面团。
  • 5.揪一小块面(大小根据自己的喜好,尽量制作成大小差不多的。),双手轻搓,团圆即可,依次将面团做成汤圆坯。
  • 6.红枣一枚,用小刀划6瓣,取出枣核。
  • 7.锅内加凉水,一枚红枣、一颗桂圆,大火煮开。
  • 8.水滚后,下入汤圆坯,煮至汤圆浮上水面即熟。
  • 9.煮了十八颗,正好一小碗。汤圆酸酸甜甜的,近距离会看到汤圆是淡淡的紫色,喜欢颜色深的可以多加果酱,少加水。
