  • 糖粉80克
  • 低筋面粉250克

Steps to make 云石曲奇

  • 1.将软化的黄油和糖粉混合,用电动打蛋器打到糖粉溶化
  • 2.将鸡蛋液分三次加入,每次加入时要等鸡蛋液和黄油充分融合后再加入
  • 3.再加入过筛后的低筋面粉,搅打至黄油和面粉融合,成颗粒状
  • 4.取三分之一的面粉加入可可粉,揉成可可面团;其余揉成原味面团
  • 5.将两种面团擀成大小一致的面块,叠在一起
  • 6.然后从中间切开,再叠盖上去
  • 7.连续重复此步骤三次,将面团揉捏成圆柱形,包上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷冻至硬后切片。
  • 8.烤箱预热160度,中层,上下火,放入曲奇焙烤15分钟
