Steps to make 糖醋排骨

  • 1.锅内放入清水,放入排骨,开锅后撇去浮沫转小火炖至7成熟捞出控水;葱姜洗净切片;调糖醋汁:1勺料酒、2勺酱油、3勺糖、4勺醋、5勺清水,按照这个比例做好味汁就可以了,调味汁的多少要根据你的排骨多少来调整。
  • 2.锅内倒入适量的油,油热后倒入葱姜爆香。
  • 3.倒入排骨用小火慢慢煸炒,待排骨表面呈淡淡的金黄色。
  • 4.倒入调好的糖醋汁,味汁应该可以刚刚好没过排骨。
  • 5.大火烧开转小火,收汁一定要不停翻炒,以免糊锅,最后撒芝麻炒匀后就可以盛出了。
