  • 蒜粉5克
  • 生抽5克
  • 1小勺
  • 红椒粉3克
  • 蜂蜜5克
  • 番茄汁5克

Steps to make 蜜汁烤鸡腿

  • 1.用餐叉在鸡皮上刺眼
  • 2.用大碗装起放入将所要的调味料拌腌均,(除蜂蜜番茄汁外),盖上保鲜膜腌6个小时入味待用
  • 3.用一块铝箔纸把腌好的鸡腿包卷好
  • 4.像卷糖果样包好,烤箱180度预热,放入鸡腿上下火烘烤40分钟
  • 5.蜂蜜、番茄汁拌均
  • 6.西兰花洗净切开焯盐水
