  • 2.鸭腿冷水下锅,加入两茶匙料酒焯水捞出洗净备用
  • 3.锅里倒入适量的底油烧至五成热下鸭腿煎至两面金黄捞出备用
  • 4.下花椒,八角,姜片爆香
  • 5.加入豆瓣酱炒香
  • 6.加入辣椒段爆香
  • 7.加入鸭腿倒入没过鸭腿的清水,加入两茶匙老抽,葱结大火烧开改中小火
  • 8.待汤汁还有三分之一时加入鸡粉调味
  • 9.大火收汁即可
