茄子烧鱼块
这道菜,还是去农家乐时候无意间吃到的。
喜欢吃鱼的我一下子就接受了这道菜,非常的下饭。
中医认为,茄子性味苦寒,有散血瘀、消肿止疼、治疗寒热、祛风通络和止血等功效,可治疗内痔或大便出血、雀斑、汗斑、乳头皲裂、口腔糜烂等。
因此,高血压、动脉硬化、冠心病、咯血、紫癜和坏血病等患者,常食茄子大有裨益。
黄瓜鱼含有丰富的蛋白质、微量元素和维生素,对人体有很好的补益作用,对体质虚弱和中老年人来说,食用黄鱼会收到很好的食疗效果。

  • 红尖椒一根
  • 生抽一勺
  • 胡椒粉少许
  • 料酒一勺
  • 一小勺
  • 香醋一小勺
  • 少许

Steps to make 茄子烧鱼块

  • 1.鱼去鳞洗净片成3片
  • 2.2、然后切成鱼块和鱼片加入盐、料酒、蛋清抓匀腌制15分钟
  • 3.茄子切小块、
  • 4.葱取寸断,蒜切片,姜切丝
  • 5.准备炸之前加适量地瓜粉裹匀(也可以是生粉,我没有了)
  • 6.热锅热油放入炸定型微黄盛出
  • 7.将茄子放入炸至微软
  • 8.然后将葱姜蒜放入转中小火煸出香味
  • 9.加入鱼块、烹料酒,加入除香醋外所有调料,加点热水烧开焖煮3-5分钟
  • 10.看收汁差不多了,撒入红尖椒,淋香醋和葱段拌匀出锅
