Steps to make 健脾补气排骨火锅

  • 1.猪排骨洗净用开水焯一下洗去浮沫和血水;
  • 2.准备一个干净纱布放入炖肉料和黄芪、西洋参,做成一个料包;
  • 3.腐竹用水泡发;
  • 4.黑木耳和黄豆分别用水泡发;
  • 5.准备十几颗红枣和一小把枸杞;
  • 6.葱、姜、八角;
  • 7.小白菜择洗干净;
  • 8.一节老藕洗净切片;
  • 9.新鲜茶树菇摘掉老根择洗干净;
  • 10.粉丝用水泡发;
  • 11.香菜择洗干净切两段;
  • 12.焯过水洗净的排骨放入砂锅;
  • 13.加入葱结、姜;
  • 14.加入少许醋,用大火烧开,转小火炖50分钟;
  • 15.然后倒入黄豆、藕片;
  • 16.再放入红枣,炖20分钟;
  • 17.煮好的汤倒入火锅中,调入盐、味精,撒入枸杞子;
  • 18.烧开,就可以涮菜了。
