Steps to make 鲍鱼裙边炒三丝

  • 1.购买现成的鲍鱼裙边即可,用冷水提前泡软,约1小时以上。泡好后的鲍鱼边反复清洗几次备用。
  • 2.其他蔬菜配料切丝后备用。
  • 3.取锅倒油加热,将姜丝和蒜末放入爆香,再加入鲍鱼裙边爆炒30秒。
  • 4.按顺序放入青/红辣椒、料酒、生抽、韭菜、芹菜、蚝油,期间反复翻炒均匀,前后约2分钟。
  • 5.出锅前用少许盐、糖调味即可。
