五彩缤纷的饭饭谁能抗拒------什蔬腊肠焗饭
各种颜色的蔬菜都吃对身体健康非常有益,但我们平时吃饭,如果想多种颜色的蔬菜都吃一点,那这个菜菜也太麻烦了吧,这个时候焗饭就能很好地解决这个问题啦。
    焗饭里面放的蔬菜根据自己的喜好就行啦,我放了这几种菜菜,是因为家里正好有这几种菜呢。

    • 1.准备好洗净的配料。
    • 2.因为担心土豆只炒一下不会软,所以切成丁后我上锅蒸了10分钟左右。
    • 3.其它的配料都切成小丁,蒜切成末。
    • 4.锅中放适量的油,油热后放入蒜末炒香。
    • 5.下香肠翻炒,再依次放入洋葱、青椒、红椒、胡萝卜、香菇、豆腐干和土豆翻炒,翻炒过程中放入一些料酒。
    • 6.加入米饭炒匀,加入黑胡椒碎、披萨草、罗勒,翻炒片刻再加一些盐和鸡精翻炒即可出锅了。
    • 7.把炒好的米饭放入可以进烤箱的耐热容器里。
    • 8.在米饭上面铺满马苏,为了好看,再加一些切成圈的青椒和红椒。烤箱预热200度,烤箱中层,烤10分钟即可。
