喜气洋洋----孜然烤羊排
我觉得我跟这道菜特有缘,前几天才跟朋友唠叨着说,今年过年得烤个羊排啃啃,过年嘛,人人都喜欢喜气洋洋。所以一看到总结赛的要求时,我毫不犹豫地选择了A,呵呵,羊--洋,喜气洋洋,啃完羊排后,个个都喜气洋洋。

  • 羊排750克
  • 土豆250克
  • 洋葱70克
  • 胡萝卜70克
  • 柠檬8片
  • 孜然2大匙
  • 红葡萄酒1大匙
  • 黑胡椒粒1小匙
  • 大蒜3小瓣
  • 白砂糖1小匙
  • 1/2小匙
  • 色拉油1大匙

Steps to make 喜气洋洋----孜然烤羊排

  • 1.把材料准备好。
  • 2.羊排洗干净,并切成小段。
  • 3.大蒜去掉外皮,并用蒜夹夹成蒜茸。
  • 4.羊排沥干水后放进盆里,并加入调料。
  • 5.拌匀,腌制30分钟左右。
  • 6.土豆去皮,切成片。
  • 7.红萝卜去皮,切成片。
  • 8.洋葱洗净,切成丝。
  • 9.柠檬洗净切成片。
  • 10.烤盆铺上锡纸。
  • 11.放入土豆、洋葱、胡萝卜片。
  • 12.加入盐、黑胡椒粒、油和小许柠檬汁,拌匀,并铺上几片柠檬片。
  • 13.放进腌制好的羊排。
  • 14.铺上几片柠檬片。
  • 15.送进预热好的烤箱中层,上下火,200度,烤20分钟左右。
  • 16.烤至羊排有点微微脱骨,就可以出炉了。
  • 17.香喷喷的。羊排烤至9成熟就行了。
  • 18.加了孜然羊排特香,啃完之后,还要吮手指。
