Steps to make 干煎秋刀鱼

  • 1.去除秋刀鱼的内脏及腹膜,洗净沥干水,对半切断,这样方便煎制,鱼段紧贴锅壁聚集在火点上,可以熟的更均匀
  • 2.烧热锅,倒入适量油,将秋刀鱼放入锅中,保持大火煎3分钟左右
  • 3.再调成中小火继续煎至鱼的表皮金黄色
  • 4.煎熟后的秋刀鱼渗出很多油脂,夹起煎好的鱼段,油脂倒掉
  • 5.趁热浇上酱油即可食用
