  • 肥猪肉100克
  • 白糖40克
  • 料酒50克
  • 中粉200克
  • 白糖90克
  • 蜂蜜75克
  • 白芝麻30克
  • 花生碎30克
  • 蒜蓉30克
  • 南乳2块
  • 胡椒粉4克

Steps to make 广东四大名饼之一:鸡仔饼

  • 1.提前把肥猪肉洗干净,切成小丁备用
  • 2.开水煮熟,然后过凉水冲洗掉一部分油沥干水分
  • 3.加入白糖和料酒拌均匀
  • 4.然后,装入碗里放冰箱冷藏腌至一到两个星期备用
  • 5.把腌好的冰肉开水过一遍跟所有食材放在一起充分混合
  • 6.然后,用手搓成面团即可
  • 7.最后,把面团分割成30克一个,搓圆压扁放入烤盘里
  • 8.烤箱提前预热,上下火180烘烤8分钟
  • 9.烘烤结束,取出放凉刷上蛋黄液
  • 10.再用上下火150度,烘烤20分钟。
  • 11.出炉后,放凉即可食用
