  • 1.把鸭肫用清水浸泡半小时,把里面血水基本都要浸泡出来,用清水洗干净。这个很关键。
  • 2.把鸭肫上的残留物刮干净,用盐用力的搓洗,再冲洗干净。
  • 3.锅内放冷水放入鸭肫和香葱打结,八角茴香和生姜片;水开后加入料酒1勺,转中小火煮30分钟左右取出。
  • 4.鸭肫待凉切片装盘。
  • 5.调味料汁:芝麻香油1小勺,生抽1勺,陈醋1勺,白糖3克,香菜末,香葱末,蒜蓉,柠檬片,辣椒末,橄榄油1小勺,白芝麻一起倒入碗中,鸭肫搅拌均匀就可以享用啦。
