Steps to make 卤肉饭

  • 1.五花肉洗净切成黄豆大小的粒,再稍微剁碎。
  • 2.红皮洋葱和大蒜洗净分别切成碎粒。(如果有油葱酥更好)
  • 3.锅烧热,倒油,先导入洋葱粒翻炒,炒至洋葱有些焦黄。
  • 4.下入蒜粒炒出香味。
  • 5.倒入肉粒翻炒至肉的水分收干。
  • 6.调入米酒,酱油和冰糖翻炒均匀。
  • 7.倒入适量的开水。
  • 8.倒入烧锅中考试炖煮,煮60分钟左右。
  • 9.鹌鹑蛋煮熟,剥壳,洗净,控干水分备用。
  • 10.炖60分钟以后,倒入鹌鹑蛋,调入盐,再炖15分钟左右。
  • 11.米饭蒸好,盛入碗中,浇上卤肉,鹌鹑蛋,配上自己喜欢的蔬菜即可。
