Steps to make 菠菜鸡蛋饼

  • 1.备好食材
  • 2.菠菜洗净,烧开适量水,将洗净的菠菜焯熟
  • 3.捞起浸泡一下凉水,挤干水分,切碎
  • 4.面粉用大盆盛起,敲入鸡蛋、加入菠菜
  • 5.调入盐、五香粉、鸡粉
  • 6.加入适量清水(加清水量以能顺利搅拌,而且能流动的面糊为适合)用打蛋器搅拌均匀
  • 7.热锅,放入适量油烧开,倒入面糊摊平锅底
  • 8.中火煎至两面焦黄色
  • 9.端起平底锅倒扣出煎饼,切块装盘食用
