Steps to make 蜜汁烤鸭腿

  • 1.鸭腿洗净,用叉子叉上小洞。
  • 2.撒入盐,按摩五分钟。
  • 3.倒入料酒,按摩均匀冷藏半个小时。
  • 4.撒上专用腌料。
  • 5.撒上胡椒粉,揉搓均匀
  • 6.放上八角和桂皮,揉搓均匀后蒙上保鲜膜,冷藏一夜。
  • 7.取蜂蜜小半碗,加半勺白醋调匀
  • 8.用刷子将蜂蜜水仔细刷在鸭腿上。
  • 9.用锡纸把容易糊的地方包住,烤箱底部放铺有锡纸的烤盘接料汁,烤网上200度,每20分钟涂上蜂蜜水翻面,一共烤一个小时。
