清甜爽滑--炼乳椰汁糕
雀巢鹰唛炼乳是常出現在我家的美味调味品,小时候却是稀罕物,那时候吃不到也吃不起西方进口的食品,甜炼乳也不是每天早餐必备的调味品---只能在生病、周末或者节日的时候吃上,粘着馒头很好吃。我想很多朋友都会有这样的经历的,如今长大了在也不用去偷吃,也不用满怀欣喜的躺在被窝里舔着勺子了......如今这个甜蜜将由我来为他延续,将最甜蜜的味道融化在心。
天气热了,奶冻甜品是不错的饭后小点。椰汁糕名为糕却有着豆腐般入口即化的囗感,特别是入口后那股浓厚的奶香与清淡的椰香混于一体,很搭,还有最大的优点极其容易做。

  • 冰糖30克
  • 雀巢鹰唛炼乳80克
  • 清水100毫升
  • 西米50克
  • 吉利丁20克

Steps to make 清甜爽滑--炼乳椰汁糕

  • 1.西米入沸水锅中煮至半透明状,关火焖10分钟。
  • 2.待西米完全透明,用冷水冲洗至完全冷却、无胶,颗颗晶莹剔透;吉利丁片用冷水泡至变软。
  • 3.锅中倒入椰浆、清水,加冰糖小火煮至微沸,关火。
  • 4.将提前泡软的吉利丁片放入椰浆中搅匀。
  • 5.调入炼乳搅匀,冷却至室温。
  • 6.西米装入模具中。
  • 7.倒入椰奶,入冰箱冷藏静置三小时。
