Steps to make 酱爆鸡块

  • 1.准备材料。
  • 2.鸡斩成小块,过水焯一遍,冲洗干净。青红椒切块,大蒜切片。
  • 3.锅里热油,葱姜蒜爆香。
  • 4.加入2汤匙甜面酱小火稍炸一下。
  • 5.放入鸡块继续翻炒。
  • 6.翻炒均匀时,加入生抽。
  • 7.倒入足量水,将要没过鸡块的高度。放入八角和桂皮。
  • 8.大火烧开后,转中小火继续炖30分钟。至汤汁浓稠的时候加入青红椒翻炒1分钟即可。
