黑椒蒜香烤鸡

Steps to make 黑椒蒜香烤鸡

  • 1.三黄鸡洗净后调入料酒抹匀。
  • 2.加入cook100蒜香烧烤酱。
  • 3.里外抹匀放入冰箱冷藏24小时。
  • 4.将土豆和胡萝卜放入酱料中腌制30分钟。
  • 5.烤盘铺好锡纸,刷上一层油防粘,把腌好的三黄鸡放入。
  • 6.土豆也一起放入,烤箱200°,中层加热风循环开始烤制。
  • 7.烤至20分钟左右时放入胡萝卜,给鸡的头及关节处包上锡纸继续烤。
  • 8.40分钟左右时再刷上剩余酱料汁,再入烤箱继续烤制。
  • 9.60分钟时撒上黑胡椒碎再烤10分钟即可。
