鸡蛋布丁的做法

Steps to make 鸡蛋布丁的做法

  • 1.材料:鸡蛋三个、牛奶250g、白砂糖15g
  • 2.先备好白砂糖约15克,可根据各人口味增减;三个鸡蛋打散,直到拿起打蛋器不挂丝为止。
  • 3. 然后用密筛过滤蛋液,直到蛋液没有泡沫,这个步骤是为了让布丁口感更细滑。
  • 4.将白砂糖倒入牛奶中,用小火加热牛奶并搅拌,或者用微波炉加热,但是温度不能太高,不烫手为准,主要目的就是把糖融化。
  • 5.把加了糖的牛奶分几次倒入筛好的蛋液,充分搅拌均匀,布丁液就算备好了。
  • 6.把布丁液倒入布丁瓶或者其他的玻璃瓶中,然后用保鲜膜包好瓶口,目的是为了让布丁更嫩。
  • 7.最后,锅里放水,烧开后放入蒸格,然后将装好的布丁放在蒸格上,蒸的过程中用筷子把锅盖搁起,不要密闭,以防蒸汽温度太高,蒸15分钟即可出锅。
