Steps to make 马鞭草奇异果果酱

  • 1.将果酱瓶洗净,放入锅中,加水摸过瓶子,煮沸10分钟,关火后将瓶盖放入锅中,继续消毒10分钟;
  • 2.取出沥干水,倒扣果酱瓶;
  • 3.将柠檬洗净、对切后榨汁,取20g,备用;
  • 4.奇异果去皮,一半切成1厘米见方的小丁,另一半用手捏碎;并将奇异果、柠檬汁与冰糖放在玻璃盆内拌匀,用保鲜膜封好;放进冰箱10~12小时,每过3~4小时需取出来搅拌一次;
  • 5.将马鞭草放入锅中,并加入400ml水,中小火熬煮30分钟;
  • 6.用滤网将马鞭草过滤去除,过滤后的汁液留在锅中,自冰箱取出,倒入铜锅内以中小火加热并不时搅拌;
  • 7.煮沸后将涩汁去除;
  • 8.煮至果酱变浓稠,即关火,将果酱装进瓶内,盖紧瓶盖后趁热倒扣,倒扣30分钟后洗净瓶身,置于室温3~7天再放入冰箱中冷藏;
  • 9.成品,即可美美的品尝啦!
