Steps to make 菠萝饭

  • 1.黄瓜洗净切小丁,速冻玉米粒热水略微焯一下控干备用,香肠切小丁备用.
  • 2.鸡蛋打散,稍加一点盐尝一下有点咸淡即可.
  • 3.鲜虾洗净剥皮,去黑线后放入小碗中加适量黑胡椒粉和盐腌制备用.
  • 4.隔夜米饭最好在冰箱中冷藏一下.
  • 5.买来的菠萝从三分之一处切开.
  • 6.用小刀或勺子挖空菠萝肉,注意不要挖漏了了呦.菠萝皮在米饭炒好后最好在微波炉里加入2-4分钟,更出菠萝香气.
  • 7.挖出的菠萝肉切小块,在盐水中浸泡半小时.
  • 8.锅内油热,放入鸡蛋液炒散,盛出备用.
  • 9.重新起锅,油热后放入腌制好的虾仁,翻炒至虾仁变红蜷曲.
  • 10.依次推入香肠丁、玉米粒和黄瓜丁翻炒出香味.
  • 11.推入米饭,翻炒至饭粒一颗颗松散.
  • 12.依次推入鸡蛋碎和菠萝肉,翻炒均匀,加一点点盐.
  • 13.盛出享用吧!
