冰糖红枣糯米藕
早就想做这道江南的名点了,一直懒得动手。今日得空操练起来,没有用压力锅,用电饭煲煮熟,真的很好吃哦。

  • 冰糖60g
  • 糯米200g

Steps to make 冰糖红枣糯米藕

  • 1.糯米提前洗干净浸泡2小时以上。
  • 2.糯米泡好,莲藕洗干净,去掉外皮,将莲藕的一段切掉2厘米
  • 3.把泡好的糯米灌进莲藕的小孔里面,每个小孔都要灌满,用筷子捣实。
  • 4.把切掉的莲藕头用牙签固定好。
  • 5.准备好红糖冰糖和红枣。这些材料的量可以根据个人的口味调整。
  • 6.所有材料放入电饭煲,放入莲藕段,加入和莲藕一平的水分。盖好启动电饭煲的煮饭键,烧开后,煮1小时。煮好后不动,在保温浸泡4小时以上。
  • 7.捞出莲藕,喜欢深颜色的可以在熬些煮莲藕的汤汁浇上
  • 8.晾凉切片,不要切的太薄。
  • 9.在浇上点桂花糖。
