Steps to make 红烧排骨

  • 1.排骨洗净,剁成小块。
  • 2.凉水下锅放入料酒煮出血水捞出沥干备用。
  • 3.锅烧热倒油,放入冰糖炒至发红,成蜂蜜状。
  • 4.放入排骨上色。
  • 5.倒入生抽,老抽,八角,桂皮,陈皮,香叶,炒出香味,加开水没过排骨,放入葱姜,大火烧开,小火炖1小时。
  • 6.加盐,拣出调料,大火收汁至粘稠即可。
