Steps to make 泡椒凤爪

  • 1.买来的鸡爪一般都是冰冻,所以要放点水,等它融化,然后洗净,把鸡爪的指甲剪掉。
  • 2.然后将鸡爪对半切开,这样比较入味,要是刀工够好的,也可以试着将骨头取出,哈哈……我就不行了!
  • 3.洗净切好的鸡爪用料酒、酱油、蒜末、鸡精、盐、少量糖浸泡半小时以上。
  • 4.倒入油的,放入蒜末、姜片爆香,然后倒入鸡爪小炒一会,就倒入酱油、料酒、水煮到微烂就可以到处鸡爪,用冷水稍微洗一下。
  • 5.待鸡爪冷却后,装入罐子中。然后倒入尖椒和辣椒水(超市有售),浸泡两至三天,即可食用!
