粉蒸肉
馋的时候会想吃这样的菜。以前在婆家吃过,感觉好吃极了。但是家里人多没有敢贪吃。那时候不提倡吃到没有亲人和朋友:)回来之后就学做几次,感觉味道很好,每逢家里请客或者好朋友来了,总是会做上一碗,大家都喜欢吃。每一家的做法都不同,但是下饭又解馋,这个是一样的。

Steps to make 粉蒸肉

  • 1.放腐乳汁腌制半个小时切好的肉片,翻动几次汤汁吸收的更好。
  • 2.糯米泡一会,捞出来擀碎备用
  • 3.腌制的肉,拌均匀,让每一片肉都吸收到汤汁入味,腌制好把擀好的米一起拌好
  • 4.预备一个碗,最好在碗里铺上菜叶子,这样蒸的肉不会沾在碗上,菜叶还可以吃掉的。如果铺荷叶也是可以的。
  • 5.把腌制好的肉装好了
  • 6.放笼屉上,盖上锅盖。开大火蒸大约要35分钟左右。
